TWU Spring 2019 Nursing Applicants

Starting this for anyone thinking about applying to Texas Women's University's Nursing program for Spring 2019. Even though it seems like a long time from now it's never too early to start preparing to apply:happy:

Is anyone else prepping for the TEAS or has already taken it?

I already emailed my confirmation docs. I haven't received any email back either.

I believe they said we would receive an email back about the December 7th meeting, after the confirmation deadline has passed.

I also did not. I wish they'd email to let us know if they received it lol. I sent both with an electronic signature. That should be fine, right?

I think so. I just printed a copy, filled and signed that, scanned it, and sent the images to the email they had listed.

I don't think anyone on here has mentioned anything about being waitlisted. Perhaps they didn't have a waitlist this time around or they are going to send it out later?

I just read through the acceptance package for Dallas and it references waiting students multiple times. I have to assume that there is a wait list. It is possible that the people who made the wait list just didn't find this forum or have chosen not to post?

Overall it just seems like a smaller pool of people are on this thread than there have been in the past cycles.

P.S. make sure you're checking your emails because they just sent something out, at least for Dallas.

I just received another email with an official acceptance and handbook all those documents are to be returned by November 30th. From Houston campus

Yup! I also received a Confirmation packet. Guess my e-signature was accepted! Hope to see all of you December 7th! :)
