TWU Spring 2019 Nursing Applicants

Starting this for anyone thinking about applying to Texas Women's University's Nursing program for Spring 2019. Even though it seems like a long time from now it's never too early to start preparing to apply:happy:

Is anyone else prepping for the TEAS or has already taken it?

Does TWU send out acceptances/denials/waitlist all at once or in waves?

From past forums it looks like in waves. Gahhh tmrw is October 9th....!! Maybe the first wave will come

I hope so. I'm so excited. Although on the emails they sent about eligibility, it said they hope to send out acceptances, waitlists, and denials late October, early November.

I'm feeling so impatient. I applied to the Houston program, as well as SHSU and I haven't heard from either. Last year they sent out letters on this date, even with a delay from Harvey. Why must we be tortured?!

I received the first email on the 10th of September stating that I needed to have coursework entered into NursingCAS. I later received my eligibility email on the 19th. My last name starts with a "W".

I received mine on September 17th. I did receive an email on the 13th of September stating that if your updated transcripts were not received by the 20th that you will not be considered for admission.

Just reading over the comments here. I saw that someone had stated that the mandatory orientation date is December 7th if we get in. How sure is this date?
