Hello everyone! I tried to search for a thread for TWU Houston Spring 2016 applicants but I couldn't find it so I decided to make one. I have read multiple threads from the past TWU applicants and I cant seem to figure out where I stand because some got accepted with low GPA but high TEAS score while others high GPA but low TEAS score. A little bit confused on how TWU determine their candidates.
Is anyone else applying to TWU this Spring? If so what's your stats?
My stats:
GPA: 4.0
TEAS: 76
No previous degree
4 TWU preference ( not sure if this gonna help or not anymore)
Hey guys. I applied to Dallas but have been following your thread too since ours is pretty quiet.
The university was open today because we had class (I'm taking pathophysiology there now).
I think we will all hear at the same time.
The 220 eligible applicants for 90 spots would only be for the Houston campus. The 90 spots seems kind of low though as I was told they usually accept around 120-130 at each campus.

Dang it I was hoping that the results would come out today, I was checking all morning hoping that I would get an email and I kept trying to refresh it, but nope ; - ; hopefully tomorrow.
i do not think they are going out today. I e-mailed my adviser and all she said is that they will be going sometime this week. I wish everyone luck! Perhaps tomorrow
Does anyone know if TWU sends out acceptance emails in waves like UTHSC? Or is it all at once?
On Facebook they said it's typically one or two rounds, depending on applicant pool. They said Houston it's usually one round (then they have a wait list ).
