TWU Spring 2020 Hopefuls?

Hey! I'm applying to TWU for Spring of 2020. It's super early, but apps are due this Summer. Anyone else applying? I'm super nervous and I'd love to hear what everyone is doing to prepare for the TEAS! Also if anyone knows how many points are considered competitive let me know!

I just got accepted and I'm actually kind of surprised. My admission score was only a 44 (82 on TEAS and no previous degree) so I had my aim set towards UTH or PVAMU, but I'm glad I got into TWU. Hopefully I'm not the only guy there haha ?

Also did anyone else get that $1000 scholarship email on their TWU email a while ago?

I was denied this round for Dallas traditional and my score was 54.83. I am a bit confused now. Would you mind confirming your score?

Thank you! And I’m sorry to hear you were denied! Don’t be sad though, try to reapply! I got denied fall 2019 but my score was lower. My score is a 54.63 this time around...maybe our teas scores were different?

my overall: 90%
Reading: 83%
Math: 100%
Science: 89.4%
English: 87.5%

Nursing Core GPA: 3.60

Prereq GPA: 3.52

and I have a prior bachelors degree

I had 3.92 science gpa,
and 86% cumulative on teas.

reading 78.7 %
math 100%
science 85.1 %
english 79.2%

No previous degree and no TWU preference.

admission score 47.4
