TWU Spring 2020 Hopefuls?

Hey! I'm applying to TWU for Spring of 2020. It's super early, but apps are due this Summer. Anyone else applying? I'm super nervous and I'd love to hear what everyone is doing to prepare for the TEAS! Also if anyone knows how many points are considered competitive let me know!

The new application cycle opens today, so I think you might want to copy your old application data under the feature known as "re-applicant."

Also if your transcripts have been processed through nursingCAS, then you don't have to submit them again.

Now that I have successfully finished submitting my application after my mini heart attack, here are my stats since I know everyone asks!

Nursing GPA: 3.56

Prereq GPA: 3.62

No TWU preference

Previous Bachelor's bump

Overall TEAS: 85.3

Admissions score: 49.23

I am applying to Houston ?

Best of luck to everyone! When I met with the advisor in Houston, she said we would know before Thanksgiving, but I looked at the forum for the Spring 2019 applicants and they found out on Friday November 2 @ 5PM so hopefully we will hear by Friday November 1st! Only 11 weeks away but who's counting ?

Hey guys! I have completed my nursingcas (obviously) but I still haven't been admitted to TWU because apparently I had a previous application fee hold. How long did it take for you guys to get admitted into the school after you submitted everything? Thank y'all so much!

On NursingCAS you had to put in your TWU student ID that you get once accepted into TWU, did you just leave that blank on NursingCAS? I was accepted two days after my last transcript was received by TWU.

I called them and they were able to give it to me along with my email. I hope I really get admitted into TWU ASAP because this is stressing me out. Thank you!

I feel like they wouldn't give you one if you weren't going to be admitted! Just call the office of admissions processing tomorroe they're really helpful!

I was surprised as well that they gave me that information and I called the lady in charge of the nursing program and she said that as long as I am admitted into the school before the person who checks nursing applications gets to my application I would be okay. She said they check in alphabetical order (based on last name) and I am at the end of the list so I hope so! ?

How will we receive the acceptance offer? They will email us? I cant check status on Nursing CAS, because they open the new cycle, telling me to reapply bla bla. Nowhere for me to get onto the application.
