TWU Nursing Applicants - Fall 2019

Just about a year early here, but I wanted to create a thread for Fall 2019 applicants. This is my first time joining a nursing forum; so, let's give it a shot.

No, I didn't. I only chatted online with a Nursing Advisor. I scheduled a phone appointment though, I'll talk to someone soon and ask them more questions.

Hopefully they'll send them out earlier than June. Because they sent them out on June 13 last year I think.

My appointment is on April 15.

My appointment is on April 9th so I can ask some questions too and let you know. I thought about going up there right now and just see if they have time to talk but I bet they are super busy.

I was just there earlier haha I parked and everything. I was trying to do a walk-in, but the online advisor told me I need to schedule an appointment because they don't do walk-ins.

GPA, both nursing and prerequisite: 4.0

TEAS overall score: 86%

Score: 48 points

Accepted into the Houston program

My nursing and prerequisite GPA was 4.0

TEAS was 87%.

Overall score was 49 points.

Also accepted into Houston!

Does anybody know about financial aid? According to the TWU website (Houston campus), it looks like Fall 2019 deadline has already passed. We can only apply for Spring 2020?
