TWU - Houston - Fall 2012

Hey guys! I don't know what happened to the last thread but I wanted to create a new one! Anyone out there applying for Fall 2012 to the Houston campus? I'm super excited and have all my stuff taken care of minus my Fall 2011 transcripts! I wish everyone the best of luck and hope we all get in!

What interviews? Are your applying to the Nursing BS undergraduate program to TWU Houston?

ebazan89,There is not an interview process at TWU Houston. Applicants will be evaluated on pre-req gpa, science gpa, and teas score. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, it's all a number game from here! Best of luck to you!

The science GPA consists of A&P 1 and 2, Microbiology, Developmental Psychology, Statistics, Chemistry, and Nutrition. This is considered the nursing core courses for undergraduates! I hope this helps!

I was afraid of that :/ I tend to excell during interviews but fall short with just my stats. Im still hopeful though!! :)

I think that they send letters of acceptance :) and regret by mail. All other questions about our applications will be via e-mail.

On my transcript at the bottom for the Texas Student Success Initiative it says "not complete" for the reading, writing, and math..is this okay considering I've been in college since '08? And does it also say this on ya'lls?

It says it on mine too! We are TSI complete they just haven't updated it!

I graduated with a BS in 2010 and mine says the same thing. So I don't think that it's anything to worry about.
