Hello, my name's Tien and I'm going to apply for TWU Houston Fall 14'. I noticed there's a topic for Dallas but none for Houston so I'm starting this one, hoping it will be a place for us hopeful applicants to come and share information.
BTW, my stats are: GPA 3.892, TEAS V 85.3%, 2/4 first attempt, and previous BA in Business. I'm scared b/c of my "1st attempt" since I see most that got in have 3 or 4/4 ...
ok, I know this maybe a crazy question but roughly how much does TWU cost per year ( for Fall and Spring semesters)? I though it was around 10k per year, and 20k for entire program. But when at orientation yesterday someone told me it was 20k per year, and 40k for the entire program. Can anyone give me an idea??. I can't register for classes yet and see myself because I need my meningitis vaccine.
I registered for classes yesterday with patho in the fall it was almost $5000 just for classes. And if you look on the website it says cost is around $19000 a year but that includes cost of living, supplies, etc.
I don't know if ya'll have already talked about this but there's 2 different sections for Pharm, does anyone know if one is better than the other or anything?
The different sections is just a thing for the university. Like you Lindsey was told, it doesn't matter.
For the entire program, you don't get choices in the professors or times - everyone follows the same classes and class times with very little variation.

The rest of the classes should be on the "COLLEGE OF NURSING ADVISING FORM". There are two of them by the way. One has (2) summer classes and the other has (4) Fall classes.
I logged in to webadvisor did the "express registration". Put in all of the classes that way and it let me register for all of them at once.

Thank you I was just starting to freak out ! I called and ask too and they said the same thing! WHAT A RELIEF! :)
