I have not seen a forum for the Fall 2022 cycle, so I decided to make this one. What is everyone’s stats? Have y’all completed the application due on February?

Has anyone made one for the N/W?

Hello all, I am looking into applying for the program for Spring 2023 in Houston after having multiple fails with UTH Cizik. I was curious about a few things. For calculating the GPA, do y’all know if they only use the best grades (example: taking ap1 twice getting a C the first time and A the second, and they only use the A to calculate the GPA?)? Also I have not taken the TEAS yet, only the HESI. Would y’all consider it to be harder? And any tips before I take it? Good websites/materials to study? I had a hard time with the HESI and retook it and don’t want the same issues with the TEAS ?

Any help is very much appreciated. Thank y’all!

They take the last grade I believe. So if the A was the last then that is the one they would use. Also yes, the TEAS Is harder than the HESI. There are several facebook groups that help with the exam. They have several sources for you to use. I will say that after June 3 ATI will be only using the TEAS version 7 which is suppose to be more in line with the NCLEX exam. Best of luck!
