TWU Fall 2021 Applicants

Hello Everyone,

I have been looking to see if someone would make a forum for us that are applying for the fall 2021 Texas Woman's University nursing program. Since I have not found one I decided to make one. So let's get this forum started! Are you applying to Houston or Dallas? Have you taken your TEAS and if so what was your score? If you have any questions or any information you would like to share please do! I am applying to Dallas and I have yet to take the TEAS.

The 3 classes only have to be taken if you are accepted before you start. So you could have submitted the application without it and taken those classes in the Summer (if accepted) they also have classes start almost every month because their classes are 5 weeks, 8 weeks or 13

Hi, I am applying for the fall semester. I am worried one of my transcripts will not make it by the deadline. Does anyone know if they have to be received by Feb 1 if everything else is complete? I am a current TWU student.

Hi! I emailed one of the advisors, and this is word for word from his email. “It is OK to submit your NursingCAS application before it is verified and before final transcripts have arrived.”

So you don’t have to worry about it!

I just checked nursingCAS, and it looks like all of my transcripts made it and my grades/transcripts appear to be verified. Does that mean my application is officially submitted?!?! eek!

No. Not until you pay. Verification doesn’t matter for twu. You can get verified after you submit your app

I've already paid & submitted ? Just read that NursingCAS waits for transcript verification before sending it on.

Hi I am applying too.. My TEAS is 82 though. I font know the whole grading system. Do you guys think I have a shot for Dallas?

Hey Khai! 
What is your GPA? Do you have a previous bachelors degree?  Are you a current TWU student? 
 

All of those things factor into TWUs admission score ☺️

Yes I got admitted to TWu last Spring, my GPA is 3.94 I don't have a Bachelors.

Does it still count if I got admitted but havent taken any class with them??
