TWU CRNA 2018

Published

Hello all!! Just wanted to start this feed for people apply for the August 2018 group to keep people posted on interviews and admissions! Hope everything is going great for everyone! :)

Well I also had my interview in Little Rock today, and thought it went well, but no phone call for me. Guess these posts gave me my answer. Ha maybe next year!

jones dont be discouraged!

I felt my interview in mobile went well too! However, TWU is VERY competitive, and you cant beat yourself up about it! Just know, you arent the only one feeling this way! I was heartbroken too, but it all works out how it should! I am re taking some classes at a local community college to boost my GPA, and i may have to suck it up and take the dreaded GRE again haha. But, in feb im gonna call and see how i stacked up against the other applicants this year and see what i need to do for next year! PM me if you need to vent! im here :)

Awesome to see all the acceptances nationwide! I also was selected to interview for the Colton location. Been studying a lot of CCRN material as I see people who have interviewed in person have been mentioning they have had clinical heavy interviews (wish I was one of the fortunate ones to get a telephone/Skype interview haha!).

Any individuals have their interview for the Colton site yet? How was your interview?

Has anyone that has been accepted gotten their actual acceptance email yet???

How long was everyone's interview? Need help with flights! Thank you!!

Hi Guys! I just got offered interviews for both Denver sites today! For those of you that have had in person interviews, how bad were the clinical questions? Lisa made it sound like it was going to be very intense in the phone and now I'm nervous!

And if you look back through the thread, there are quite a few people who have gotten acceptances. There have been quite a few doe the Little Rock location!

I received my acceptance email today and paid my $1000 deposit for my seat in Jonesboro AR.

Hey y'all, had my phone interview this week for DFW sites and it went well! Like the others have said, laid back, conversational, and at least for me, no clinical questions. Basically getting to know about my experience and what to expect from the program. They were very nice! At the end, I was offered acceptance! It is still very early so don't lose hope! I wish everyone the best of luck!

I also got the two interviews in Denver. Sounds pretty intense to have two 45 minute interviews in the same day. Very excited though!

got my official acceptance email and paid my seat deposit a few days ago yay!!!!! for people with in person interviews mine was all clinical questions for the most part but it was very laid back and the faculty was very easy to talk to! I work in a neuro surgical ICU and they tried to only ask me questions related to my field although I did have a few cardiac questions. I would really know your specialty, drugs, drips, and vent settings. Like I said my interview was probably 30-45 minutes everyone was super nice and laid back. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be! Be confident in your experience and what you already know and you will do great! Good luck guys can't wait to meet everyone in August!

To my Denver peeps, when you responded to her email. Did she respond back shortly after or not yet? She hasn't responded to me after I confirmed was wondering if I should call her Monday just to make sure she got my email.
