Tuition Reimbursment/Scholarship...HELP!!

Ok guys, need some advice here. My job offers tuition reimbursement & a scholarship! But here's my question....since it's not a traditional school how the heck do I apply correctly? My tuition reimbursement states that I need -course title & purpose

-the date(s), time, and length of the course

-the location at which the course will be taught

-the cost of the course

Since this is a work at your own pace program & you only pay for books, yearly fee's, and exams.....what exactly should I put in my letter? Should I include costs of all the exams? Those of you that recieved tuition reimbursement, how did you do it? I appreciate any and all advice. Thanks:)

I just got tuition reimbursement at my job. I put self study and exam based. As long as its accredited, which it is you should be fine

my job has the tuition reimbursement and sholarship as well. i don't like the scholarship because i have to commit 2 years with them.

anyway, there should be a form for the reimbursement (are you sure you have to write a letter?) and i filled out one form for each class. you should find out who is in charge of processing the reimbursement and ask them exactly what you have to put in each section. i did this and they knew my school was distance learning and self-paced and they approved it.

for the reason section, i usually put "required course/exam for lpn-rn program"

Simply a matter of asking them how they want the paperwork filled out. If you call EC and speak to an advisor they can probably help you with this.
