NJ22 sounds like a nice day

Dianah hope the dog is OK

Stars glad you got a break from her and found your keys

Ado hope the drier holds out a bit longer

Yesterday was pretty quiet at work, which was good as for some reason I was tired and kind of down, at least in the morning.  Not sure why.  Felt better by the evening.  And had time to do laundry and a CEU, as well as help some coworkers

Ran an errand and exercised in the evening, was otherwise quiet

Was disappointed to find that in the last 2 weeks only lost a half pound, and I'm still nearly 3lb from my goal.  Granted, weight loss does slow you get closer to the goal, and in the past I've had weeks where I barely lost any weight.  Though I do look and feel thinner.  So I'll adjust the diet a bit and see if that helps

Today should be pretty ordinary at work, after work have grocery shopping and exercise.

Will be a bit warmer today, up to the mid 70s

Good morning.

Joe, hope you have a good day again today.

It is hard getting to that goal weight.  I'm still maintaining my weight despite my GI issues.  Thankfully, I still have a reasonable appetite.  Hopefully I'm getting nourishment and absorption from it.  I feel I am.

I did get my CPR and some education done.  Found out our Assistant Manager is taking another position at one of our sister hospitals closer to home.  I'm not interested in it but there's buzz I should apply.  Nope.

Lost all the games last night and we are not tied for last place since we only one won game last week.  Plenty of time to move up.

I slept late and now I have to go get the Nannie-person up. I thought it was Sunday! Good thing I have a cellphone and laptop to keep me oriented. Took Tinker out and fed her, then spilled 8 oz of cran-apple juice at the bottom of the stairs in the den as I was bringing Nannie's breakfast tray down. Hope the rest of the day is "dry"! I have turned into quite a 'spiller'.....like my father-in-law was. I feel his spirit is enjoying a good chuckle over this 'new' habit of mine. Bah, so now I've got towels to launder. Anyway, I have to get going with my 'wifely chores', as hubby used to call them. Prolly will be back here later.

Hello all!

Waiting for daily computer updates to finish.  Tuesday's are usually lengthy.

Doggy is better, yay!

I am scheduled for a walk this afternoon with S and T.  Temp should be 81 by then, should be nice.

I need to make more soup, so we have evening meals (stew will only last a couple more meals).

Have a good afternoon and evening!

Glad the doggy is better! Stew sounds good. May have to make some soon.

Congrats, Joe, on being so close to your weight goal.

Tweety, I guess the team has nowhere to go but up?

Good news that doggy is feeling better.

I've given up on weighing myself. I go to the Dr. next week and suppose they will do it there.

Spilled juice is a pain to clean up as it seems to go everywhere. And apparently, I am the only one in the house who has the super powers to actually wipe it up and then use a cleaning agent to remove all the stickiness.

I think when my dryer gets noisy there are what I think are called rollers that need replacing.

I took the dogs in for their annual vet exam and shots. All looks well, except Punch could stand to lose a pound for 2. They gave me flea treatment because one of the dogs had some flea dirt, and perhaps 1 flea?

And I did a bit a cleaning: bathrooms, laundry, dishes.

Dogs are quite sleepy after their vaccines. I am rewatching Downton Abbey, and will play trivia online tonight, something I haven't done for most of the Summer.

I am so glad I don't have to do CPR certification. The last time I did my hands hurt so badly it was a struggle to do the required 2 minutes of compressions.

I'm in a race to finish my latest ebook before the library takes it back on Thursday. People tell me I can put my phone in airplane mode and it will stay... but I can't be in airplane mode like all day and night! Maybe if I had an e-reader that wasn't my phone I could turn off WiFi and keep the books as long as I wanted...
