the application deadline has passed so now the waiting game begins. all 2012 applicants please chime in with your status and which location you chose (athens or kaufman). we have a long wait ahead of us so lets keep in touch for moral support!! :yeah:

About 45-50 minutes each way and that is if traffic is moving smoothly. It is quite the cimmute, but I am dedicated and ready..

@ cword31...I understand how you feel. When I first started this process I had made up my mind to drive an hour each way if I had to. But hopefully I will only have about a 30 min drive. Do you know anybody else who has applied? Maybe yall can carpool.

I have applied for the 2012 ADN program also, all fingers crossed. I also have 11 points, but I am taking a extra class to brush up on my math. So good luck to all! Its a long wait and hope to meet all of you soon yeah:)

I stay by Arlington. I am willing to drive as well but I hope it is not a daily commute. Hopefully, it is only 2 days a week. I know that we have clinicals and I hope it is closer and not farther out. Counting down the days :vlin:

I just brought a house in Talty Tx which is 10 min away from the Kaufman location for nursing program. I use to stay in Dallas and I use to drive 30 minutes to Terrell campus when I was completing my pre reqs. So I'm super excited about the short commute I have now. As far as clinicals I think they are 3 days a week.
