Your card was declined because there were not sufficient funds to make the payment you were authorizing. There's no way to know if you passed or failed at this time, based on that info.
However, since the exam is scored twice within 24 hours, attempts to register (and pay for) another exam BEFORE the second scoring might result in someone paying $200 even though (as determined by the SECOND scoring) they passed.
If you try 'the trick' and find you CAN pay for another test after 24 hours have passed...it's most likely you failed, but (yet again) not conclusive.
When did you try 'the trick'?
i need the link for those that paid200 and still passed.
I'm sorry, but with dozens and dozens of threads and quite literally hundreds of posts on this identical topic, I am not going to search this for you. You can believe me when I tell you I HAVE read these posts....or not. Either way, whatever you want to do is fine :)
Most ppl I know use cards with no money .It has nothing to do with insuffient funds. The purpose of the trick is for the pop up . It's suppose to appear reguardless of if it's money on the card or not . Some say the trick isn't accurate anymore but it was accurate for me .
You would be incorrect in that statement. Regardless, if you like the trick, so be it. If not.....whatever.
Good luck.

Just took nclex RN on 10/10/14 at 1 pm second time. Had 265 questions . Tried trick with credit card that had 10 dollars . After submitting payment got message that my payment was declined. My state doesn't participate in quick results. Was wandering after PV update has any one paid $200.00 again and actually passed ?
