I'm pretty happy with Cross Country Travel. Have done 2 gigs with them so far.

I second that!! I've been with cross country for 7 years now. Do your homework before choosing a company to go with. Some companies are like dealing with used car salesman.

I've also done contracts with CCTC, they are ok. They have essentially a cookie cutter approach and everyone is pretty much treated similarly. The pay rate is displayed on the job search screen once you are actually workign for them, and the jobs are updated regularly. they also offer free CEU's andstuff like that.
Smaller companies can tailor your benefits more and sometimes pay you more. But they do not always have the man-powertomake certain things happen.
That said, I pretty much work with whatever agency has the contract where I want to go.
THanks all for the heads up. Am leaning more towards RN network, now that i have read few posts and have actually called them up and spoketo one of the recruiters. They seem to have a great benefits package. Any comments? anyone who has dealt with them?
