thank u so much for the replies. :) ...another question.... would it really help if i don't tell them that i am a nurse? i really have no intention of reviewing nor taking the exam in the US. i do plan to take it in HK. and i haven't even received my ATT yet nor do i expect to get it by october.
Well, I'm no immigration lawyer, so I don't think it's best to rely on advice you get from here unless someone really and truly know this score. Is there an agency or organization you can contact in Philippines about this? Seems they'd be a more reliable source than us!
Also...until you get a license, I think it's safe to say you're "not a nurse" anyway....without getting into a war over whether being a "graduate nurse" counts, fact is, without a license, you're not able to practice anyway. And you don't have one until after you pass NCLEX, etc. So I don't think it helps you either way (saying you are or are not). But that's just my guess. You really should talk to people who are SURE of this stuff! :)

Good day everyone! this is my first post (thread). i have a very important concern regarding my nclex application. since my nclex application is on file, i was wondering if i might encounter some immigration problems when i visit the US this october (for pleasure...to visit some relatives). ive heard some story about someone who was not allowed to enter the US because of this. i know my concern may sound silly to some people but this really makes me anxious.
whew! i don't know what to believe and who to ask. i hope somebody out there can enlighten me. thank u so much... :)
