One of my fellow students in nrsg school transferred between different campuses of the state univ with no problem. He did it at the beginning of the nrsg portion though and was not inconvenienced very much except for moving between two cities. As I recall, I believe that any of the nrsg courses he took at the first school were accepted by the second school but am not sure about this.
The only way you can find out about this is to contact the school you contemplate on transferring to and getting together with someone to answer your questions. Good luck with your plans.

I t depends a lot on the school. I know someone who is transferring and they are having to be put a year behind because they are not taking all her credits. Then you have to think about the uniform and book changes; all that costs alot more money.

I had to transfer due to Hurricane Katrina. I had just started the nursing program a couple of weeks before the storm, and I wound up withdrawing as we were with relatives a couple states away. We moved to FL, and instead of starting as a semester 1 nursing student I had to do another whole year of prereqs, since theirs were different, and then apply to the CON. If prereqs are significantly different where you may be moving to, you may have the same problem. I'm in nursing school again, finally back in semester 1. Good luck!
