O.k So hear is the problem, or not the problem, anyways I have gotten into an lvn school for the fall. I have recently finished all prereqs at a state college and have to apply to get into a nursing survey class, before I actually start RN nursing school. So here is the question should i go ahead and get my LVN or should I wait and take a chance to see if i get into the nursing program to be an RN. If I get my LVN then i can go back and bridge over. And By the way I have a one year old. And i get more loans from the state college which will help with money situation. :trout: I am so confused???? Please help??:uhoh21:

Does anybody know if you can transfer between schools in the middle of your degree. I dont want to start if i cant transfer to another nursing school, my husband might get a different job? Please help.

you have to fill out an interest to survey form?? stupid i think because you are not actually going into the nursing program just the survey course before yu are excepted. you have to compete for a spot in this course. then once you are in the course and have all the prereq's then you basically get into the nursing program. that is all i know! but there is info on the website of tsu nursing.

I am hoping to start the survey class in the spring 08, is anybody else?

I am just scared that my teh titer will be bad and i willnot be able to continue school, the last shot was about Nov.27 and clinicals start in feb. sometimes?

I recently moved to a town and searched schools not knowing what i wanted to do, but came to an lvn program 2 months before everything was due. i have had 2 hep b shots and the nursing program says that i can get a titer to tell if i can be in the class, will this even work if i havent had the 3 shot. I was mislead and excepted into their spring of 07 classes, should i even persue it, will it turn out ok??I have about 8 weeks before clinicals start??? please help!!
