Here's the thing. . .your state board approves every nursing school in your state according to a set of standards that they must all meet. What about this particular school is it that isn't as good in meeting your standards but satisfies the state board?
Whether or not you become a good nurse, whether or not you pass the NCLEX, is pretty much up to you, not the school. The job of the school is to facilitate (smooth, ease, guide) your learning. They don't do your learning for you. You do it all on your own.

Hello, I got accepted to this nursing program in TX, and I accepted to enroll in the program starting this fall 08.However, I just feel that this school may not provide a good nursing program as I expect from other schools I got denied.
I know, just being in a nursing program is just great, but are there any other texas nursing school that accept a transfer student with previous nursing school enrollment??
and what are the general steps I need to take to transfer???
Thank you.
Are you saying that because one school accepted you and others rejected you that you feel the one that accepted you is not as good of a program as the others? That doesn't make much sense and I wouldn't say that's grounds to consider transferring. Why did you even apply to the school if you didn't want to go to it in the first place? You can't just transfer nursing schools like you can credits taken at another school to your home school. You have to go through the application process all over again and be prepared to answer why you wanted to transfer.
