It really depends on your goal. You have to choose a prospective employer. Check what do they require for their applicants. There are hospitals that require 1 year of volunteer work (I will not advice you to do this). In my case it is alot tougher to land a job since I am a second courser. I only have 3 months of volunteer job. I took BLS. I find IVT expensive...I am still contemplating if I will jump into this training. I really find this training odd...IV insertion is a skill...so after completing the training and if you do not practice it that often then you lose the skill. I have been inserting IVs for three months during my volunteer stint. I have learned the art without undergoing the training. But right now since I haven't been around inserting IV then my confidence level has dropped significantly.

most hospitals look for BLS and IVT only.
ospital ng makati requires ACLS.

Getting a job is quite a needle hole especially when you're targeting hospitals in the Philippines. We got limited slots in our country and a huge pool of nursing graduates which are not regulated and was seduced by golden opportunities abroad (as a result, showing a number of bad factors which makes foregin employers think about the lowered standard of choosing people who undergo nursing.
Trainings will be fine for as long as you got resources to be used and if it is not a burden for your parents or relatives. There are so many RNs who are likely doing the same stuff (trainings, seminars and volunteer work). It is not giving any edge since it is becoming more of a taboo. I am not suggesting that you do not do any trainings since this will be essential when you are already in a nursing job. This is not really done to pile up your certificates to make an edge among others (as I have mentioned, everybody's doing it).
You can:
1) If it is alright with you, you can apply for other jobs (i.e. CSR, Asst. Pharmacist , Medical Representative, et al.), or if a secound courser, go back to your previous line of work since supply exceeds demand (nurses vs. job opportunities)
2) The two that you mentioned (BLS and IVT) are good trainings, I suggest you add some which will be essential to what kind of nurse you want to be. I know that nurses should be flexible but you should target a specific goal (i.e. to become a renal nurse or a clinical instructor). From there, you will know what kind of trainings/seminars you should attend to.
Why don't you try passing applications to every possible hospitals in the country. Who knows, your application might be "lottery picked"?

I think you're on the right track. The essentials are actually IVT, BLS, and ACLS.You could also attend other seminars/trainings to continually update yourself with the nursing trends. This could also boost up your resume...
GOOD LUCK!!!
