Okay so yesterday morning I totally forgot to do my daily check in. NEVER has this happened since I started TPAPN in September. My daughter was not feeling well the night before and we were up for quite some time during the night. We slept in that morning and I guess it threw me out of my routine. I do everything I should - I go to my meetings 4x a week , I check in daily, all of my drug screens are negative. I participate fully in my sobriety, having just hit 18 months on the 22nd of December. I emailed my TPAPN Case manager. I explained the situation to her. I PRAY she has some understanding. I know that there really are no excuses in this program but I have prayed so hard once I realized what I had NOT done. Has anyone ever missed a daily check in?

Welcome. Also trek mail your caseworker and let her know you used alternate. Always keep your lab form receits and make sure the quest people put info in right. I had a girl put my driver license in instead of social, results delayed. Had same girl last week so I stood behind her as she put the info in the computer. She tried to tell me to go sit in the chair, I said no I need to watch what you're putting in, it's my license and was put in wrong last time. My bladder is not going to produce another specimen if I find a mistake after my receipt is printed out. So I look and instead of putting in option 3 she and put in Option 1. We are responsible for making sure the right information is inputted. My fear is not whether I'm clean, of that I'm sure, it's of a screw up once my sample leaves my bladder.
