Hello,
My name is Stephanie and I was recently accepted into the nursing program at Touro college in Brooklyn, NY. I will be going in as a transfer student since I have a degree in Biology. The reason why I'm here is because I wanted to know if anyone had any information on the program. I have done a lot research, but the program itself is still pretty new and I wanted to know a little bit more about the program at this school and about other people's experiences. Thank you.
congrats jearod!
The only classes they would have on the weekends is on Fridays until 1, and clinicals are usually on Sundays. Night classes not really too sure, from the people I talk to from there all have the classes during the day, so maybe you could change your work schedule?
Mosh613, they don't give the schedule of the classes at orientation, they'll only give you what classes need to be taken and during which semesters you can. At class registration you make your schedule with the advisor.
Guys, I'm applying now for the fall of 2016 and I just wonder what was the minimum GPA and NLN you guys have heard of it. I have all the pre-requisite classes w a GPA of 3.3 and my NLN score is in the low side just 107. I know they require at least 115. Do you think I have a chance ? Thanks !
I went to their open house and at there she said, the ideal would be a NLN over 115. So I think they start at the highest score and work they way down the scores. In previous trends I heard they don't send out letters until the end of March. Because the dead line is in April. Well good luck for you. I just sent my application for the AAS/BSN dual program. Holping for the best.

Hey! Congratulations, I'm not sure if they have classes on the weekend. But I know the college is closed on Saturday and early on Fridays. Also, when I went to the open house they said that they recommend the students not to work.
