I am reviewing the list of program cost, and there is a Nursing Tote Bag for $130. Is this a special kind of tote bag or will any bag do?
That is interesting that they will allow you to appeal it. I am going to the Gateway LPN program in the fall, but I already also have a bachelors in another area. I wonder if I would qualify for financial aid. I don't want to take out any loans, but would be interested in grants. Did they say you may qualify for grants or loans?
I was told today that I won't qualify for grants, but loans only. I was also told to search search search for scholarships. My advisor told me that she is on the committee for one that awards $1500!

Thank you fromthesea...I appreciate the info.
Also, can you tell me approximately how many hours per week you study, not including class and clinicals. I'm trying to work out my work and childcare and that info would be very helpful.
Thanks again!
it's a skills bag filled with all of the stuff you will need to do your skills check-offs, and complete your required hours of lab practice. PPE, trach kits, foley catheter kits, IV stuff, phlebotomy, etc.
