Starting a thread for the Fall 2025 cohort! Applications posted sometime last night I think (?)- here are the units that are accepting applications!

- 4West (PCU)

-5 East (PCU)

-5West (PCU)

-5North (MedSurg)

-6West (MedSurg/Ortho)

-7West (Onc)

- MedSurg/Tele Float Pool

-Transitional Care Unit

-Mother Baby

I'm convinced they know people on the floors / did clinicals or friends .. LOL 😂

totally agree—I was just being observant. The guy sitting next to me gave a quick signal to someone working the event, probably part of the organizing team. That person nodded like, "I got you." Then, when it was that guy's turn to be interviewed, the same person walked right up to the hiring table with him. At that point, it was obvious—this wasn't a fair shot for everyone. They already knew who they wanted. The whole thing felt like a formality for the rest of us. It really sucks for people without any inside connections. Feels like if you're not already in the circle, you're just wasting your time. Better luck next life, I guess.

Yes ... I wonder why they even put these events together when they already have their pick ? Just to pretend they are "being fair" LOL I'm truly over this... this new grad journey is truly more exhausting than going through nursing school. You're right .. better luck next life !! LOL

I don't have any connections LOL. I was in line for 5 hours.

Hii, wanted to ask in case – has anyone heard from PCU? or has a friend who has heard from PCU?

not sure if any external applicants heard anything, but I heard they already made their 2nd round interview offers on the spot at the hiring fair. was not trying to eavesdrop but witnessed a large group of internal employees who left the PCU interview and talked very loudly about how they were all offered a 2nd interview on the spot and were asked to return the next day (which would've been yesterday) 😕 very unprofessional
