Yup ... I guess I'll just finally accept my position that they have been waiting for me to accept . I was really holding out , but this solidified it LOL

When I had my interview with them they said people would hear by Thursday at the latest. I have not gotten anything (but my interview wasn't great so that's not surprising on my end)

I'm sorry but at least you have a job lined up already! Silver linings!

Thank you for making me see the positive ... kinda hard right now LOL
What would you guys do in my position ?
I got offered a new grad residency for dialysis -‘it's a full year.
I have been trying to get into residency programs since I passed my NCLEX (April 2025)
I work for providence in Admin- no patient care. I have access to apply for CNA/ patient assistant positions at providence or any hospital for that matter (I'll be taking a pay cut) would you take the dialysis or try and just get your foot into the hospital for the next pick time residency comes around you already have your foot in the door ?
some insight would be great , I would love to hear your opinions.

getting a job right now is VERY competitive and the fact that you have an offer is something to be very proud of! I would take the offer because you are not guaranteed another offer somewhere else (especially being that many hospitals are/have canceled their residencies, thus making it more competitive)
You can always leave the hospital/unit after a year and transfer somewhere as a clinical nurse 2
