This is exactly it......and the truth shall set you free........
I heard scary statistics yesterday at the conference I went to about the increases in mortality in geriatric people when given neuroleptics.
Anyway. What is bugging me the most is how my facility seem to think it's so progressive, pushing for *Best Practice* methods in all procedures done. Funny how they seeingly ignore this issue.

UNIONIZE! LTC is a swamp and its wont get better until the owners of such facilities are FORCED to legally.
Oh we're unionized up the wazooo.
By the way I'm getting out of geriatrics the first chance I get. After 8 years I'm coming to the conclusion that it's killing me.
