I took mine yesterday. Felt like I didn't know anything. When it shut off at 85, I thought I may have failed epically. Have been stressing for a full day now. Just read about the Pearson trick this afternoon, got up the courage to try it and got the "good" message. Then went on to the Continental Testing site and it shows a "PASS". I know I will still pay for the Pearson Results tomorrow, but I feel so relieved.

Hello Everyone,
I have been following this blog for some time now and finally decided to post please forgive me if this is posted in the wrong location. Today at 2pm I took my NCLEX and it was by far the hardest thing I have ever done
To prepare I did Kaplan (Self Pace) for a month scoring 63 on the readiness test (converts to having a 94 percent chance to pass the NCLEX) I studied at all times even at work and even took a leave from my job these last 2 weeks to focus and study practically all day I then finished their program this past Saturday.
This week in which I tested I went home to my mothers and got a good home cooked meal and pep talk on Monday (Helped me psychologically) yesterday (Tuesday) I stayed at a hotel a few blocks down from my testing center so I could get as much rest as possible. I got about 10 hours of sleep that night which is abnormal for me. My test was at 2pm I woke up at 9 showered then went over some NCLEX tips for an hour or so I then checked out the hotel and went to get something to eat by 1pm I had entered my testing site. I was checked in and able to test early my test consisted of
ALOT OF PHARM
Alot of delegation
Diagrams for positions of Enemas and Abnormal Birth Signs
15 SATA all mostly on the adverse effects or normal effects of medications
Prioritizing (Sterile Field Set Ups and Precautions)
Labs
It was basically everything I didnt want to see
After I went past the minimum number allowed I yelled in the testing room and apologized to my proctor. My test then cut off at 106. In total my test took 45 minutes I did the trick 3 hrs later and got the "Good message" and also again before starting this thread. Passing is essential as I am to start a bridge program in January and cannot afford to wait the 45 days.
I am hoping for the best and trying to stay positive goodluck to anyone else testing or waiting on their results
