Took the NCLEX today!!!

Took my boards today at 8am. Computer shut off at 75. Took me 45 mins and I had a lot of SATA...yikes! Walked out thinking incompletely bombed... did the PVT and am getting the good pop up so here's hoping!!!

Wow..good for you!

What did the SATA refer to? I'm nervous about those as they are my weakness? I go on the 25th.

Any tips, suggestions? Sounds like the boards have gotten harder since my LPN.

I am a FIRM believer in the "test"!! I recived the "good pop up", and continued to check it for HOURS, and days... (I took the NCLEX on a Saturday) Never again by the way! The wait was horrible, until I checked the Board of Nursing site to see my official results two days later, and it confirmed that I was in fact A NURSE!!! Although it isn't official yet, Congrats!!! =) I'm sure you will get the good news soon, and best of luck!!

Ugh I suck at SATA. Did Kaplan hard core and finished all of it! They say its a good sign if you get them on NCLEX but I felt like I answered all them wrong. Also did some of the PDA book, lippincot alternate style book. It wasn't really as bad as unexpected. It looked a lot like kaplans screen & questions were very similar to that as well! Good luck...#ugotthis

I guess I'm a fast test taker. When I took kaplans 265 Q it took me just about 3 hrs

I also got a BILLION SATA. But then again I did all 265Q. I got every type of question you can imagine!

I was literally shocked when it shut off at 75...I thought it was time for my 1st break lol. 265 would be rough...you passed tho so congrats :) yay!!!

Good luck! It's not really that scary...it's more the anticipation that's gets ya! When you sit down just say to yourself your taking another Kaplan trainer test. Make sure you report back :)
