Took NCLEX today 10/02/2012

Nursing Students NCLEX

Hi everyone!

I finally took the NCLEX today. When I got back home, I rushed to the computer to check PVT. I got the good pop-up, it says "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

This is my first exam. I wanna know if there was actually a case where you get the good pop-up and failed. I'm sorry to ask despite the many people saying it's accurate. I just don't wanna have a false reassurance thinking I passed but actually failed??? I'm so nervous right now...I can't explain how I feel.

(I got 21 SATA, 5 pictures, 5 drag and drop, and 1 exhibit. I had around 115 questions.)

Yes, check in the state you are applying for licensure. Did you try the PVT?

not yet, im so scared! ill let my husband check it for me...

You don't have to lie and mislead people. It's ok to admit that it's your 2nd attempt girl :)

For me I just graduated 26 July so still pretty recent. All I did was not read into my questions. I stuck with what the question asked and if I didn't no it I looked at the answers. You can figure it out from there for the most part. You know Airway and breathing overrides circulation in most instances so you can narrow you pick down from there. You exam gets harder as you answer the questions right so Yes some questions were pretty tough. Some I had no clue about! Overall, I think it was average, not to tough not to easy. Definitely not basic! I prayed, when I sat at the chair I prayed again. I put faith in God's hands and I said if it's meant for me to pass I will. I relaxed, when I felt myself get a little nervous or start to feel defeated, I looked at what I wrote on my white board. "My God is Awesome"! I took a deep breath and kept it pushing. You can do it.

CONGRATULATIONS! GOD is good all the time. When i took my exam last month, the first thing i did after i sat down on the chair, i prayed... i wrote "ALL PRAISE AND GLORY TO GOD" and lots of bible verses.. =) and i also wrote big letters that says "you can do this" hehe! that really helps huh?! Again, congrats to you!
