Well, I took my NCLEX this morning. It cut off at 75 questions so I either did pretty good or pretty bad.
I tell you, that test does not inspire confidence. Some questions would pop up and I though "I know this!" Other questions popped up and I though "I have absolutely no idea."
I got several drug questions, some with calculations, some about side effects. I got multiple prioritizing questions - which to see first, which to intervene in first, etc. I got a syndrome or two that I hadn't heard of before. It really makes you think . . . Got a couple fill in the blanks and a couple of those choose all that apply questions. The rest were standard format.
Anyway, I hope I passed. I'll post when I know.
I'm new to the board.. And just took my boards yesterday. =( It shut off somewhere inbetween 80-90. I was planning to take a break at 100 but never got there. I was praying I'd get past 75 and I did, but then I got really nervous when it shut off and I just wanted more questions. It ended with a question I know I got wrong.. so I dont think it's looking good. I feel about 95% sure I did NOT pass. How do you recover and get ready to take them again? In WV its 45 days ( just recently been changed ) until you can test again. I'm more embarassed than anything. Any tips?
I got a LOT of priority questions, meds and a good amount of select all that apply.

i can relate. i think you passed. people suggested to me that unless you are really not doing well, you passed. they would have otherwise went on with you.
sorry, that you have to wait a month that would have killed me. my life was put on freeze mode to accomplish this task.
