i took my nclex rn today and got 75 questions. omg, that was the hardest freaking test i have ever taken! i walked out thinking i knew nothing. i did have a lot of "you're a home health nurse, how do you see first?" "you just got change of shift report, who do you assess first?" a pt is on xyz drug what is the priorty assessment/finding? your pt is diagnosed with/is postop xyz what is the priority assessment? i had a couple of ob, one or 2 peds, quite a few drugs, several "you are holding a nursing staff conference on privacy or isolation or ifection control etc...what information should you include. one math which was fill in the blank and 3 select all that apply. it seemed like after the first maybe 5-10 questions i'd get 2-3 priority type questions then a regular question, 2-3 priority then 1-2 regular questions and so one and so on...max priority in a row was like 4or 5 maybe. but, still i am so worried i didn't pass! i only got 1, yes 1 delegation question! i can check out the ohio board of nursing verification page thursday adn find out.
i passed!
