Supposedly it's an 85% pass rate for stopping at 75. I don't know...that's just what I heard.
I felt horrible after the test last monday. I remember calling my husband to pick me up and being completely monotone and depressed.
I had 235-240 questions (don't remember the exact number) and am now an R.N. Don't give up hope.

Actually 85% pass the exam the first time around, and this includes all numbers of questions. There is no breakdown available as to the number that pass with getting just 75 questions and those that get the entire exam.

Well it's done. I hope! My test shut off at 75 questions and I feel like I did horribly. I know that is supposed to be a good thing... but darn, I feel like I didn't know a thing.
I know... feeling like you failed... is a good thing???

My friend, who took the test at the same time got all 265 questions. I was done by 9:30 and she didn't get done until about 1pm. I had to sit and wait for her to finish since we drove together.
I won't know until Wed at 8am if I passed for failed. Waiting is torture! But I am thankful that I/we don't have to wait 3 months like they used to have to wait.
What are the odds that someone fails with 75 questions? anyone have any idea?
