  1. rgbrn- How are your classes going? I just found this thread when I 'googled' ETSU NP reviews and am glad I found the thread. I have applied to three NP programs and will decide once I hear if I've been accepted on one. I graduated with my BSN from King, ADN from MECC, and have applied to ETSU's online FNP, King's hybrid FNP program, and ODU's online PNP programs. Are you happy you chose the RODP?? Would love to connect with others in the program to hear the pros and cons!!
  2. Bless your heart... hope things get better... I agree.. Your mental state is more important than a job. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed you move to bigger and better opportunities. :)
  3. I can't find my original post...but had to update everyone who is freaking out about their NCLEX exp. I thought for 100 % certainty that I had failed. Knew I had. Already went on ebay and bought TWO kaplan review books...and found out yesterday that I passed ! If you feel like you've failed....don't panic until you find out for sure !!
  4. Exactly how I felt Saturday. Worried myself sick all weekend. Found out yesterday am that I PASSED !!! My nursing instructor from school told me the same thing.... if you think you did horrible ...that's awesome !! you more than likely passed !
  5. ditto ditto ditto !! I feel your pain. Took mine yesterday...had 75....felt like I maybe got 5 right (if that..) and thought I would not make it out to my car.
  6. That's all we can do at this point... pray ! I keep telling myself it's not the end of the world if I didn't pass... I can take this over in 45 days.... no big deal....
  7. I'm right there with ya'. I took NCLEX yesterday and felt like I was guessing 80 % of the time. it was awful. I'm hoping from everyone else's past experience we have done much better than we think....
  8. Hey, I'm a newbie and just had to say that I took NCLEX yesterday and am absolutely freaking out. The exam shut off at 75...but I felt like I maybe got 7 or 8 right. There is absolutely no way on God's green earth that I passed that. No WAY. I had TONS of SATA. One math question from hell. Lots of priority questions and I don't even want to think about all the Pharm questions I had. I had several select all that apply drug questions ! It was horrible. I was dazed when I got up from the computer.....I thought I would collapse when I went to the lockers to get my purse. I did take a prep class (not Kaplan or anything like that...) But the class is taught by a retired RN who is fabulous and has a pretty high success rate. I am just sick. I didn't sleep last night and don't even want to call to see what my status is tomorrow.... help !!!!
