Hey guys, I haven't posted much on here, but I do read a lot of threads. Thanks to all of you for the motivation. I took the NCLEX RN today and received all 265 questions. I'm a wreck. Received quite some SATA, who would you see first, prioritize etc. This is my 3rd attempt at this test. A+ student in school, but i'm not good with standardized testings. Wish me luck....

Good luck.
Thanks guys, but I failed...I guess Pearson trick does work, because I was taken to the CC page. When I contacted the BON, they stated, I failed. . Keep praying for me and also any advice on how to study for this exam? I've tried almost everything.

Sorry to hear that. I wish I had some advice for you, but as this is my first time through, I have no idea if I am doing it right or not. What, specifically, have you done previously? Perhaps someone hear will have an idea based on what you have/haven't tried...

Mom, I reviewed some content from Saunders and did very well on the practice tests. I also did a lot of questions from various CD ROMs. However, I do have test anxiety:o. This time around, I was much more relaxed. When I got to 75, then 100, then 150 etc, I got panicky. However, I tried my best and answered every question the best that I could. This was my 3rd attempt. Between the 2nd and 3rd, it took me a year to retake. I think I waited too long. This time around, I will focus on Critical thinking skills more. I also have the LaCharity book and did well on the questions.
You will do well on your test. Do not take a long time, like I did to take the test initially or 2nd time around. Take as soon as you graduate.

You are right, just take some time off then start reviewing again. I already took the test here in California and I am just waiting for my license. It took me a year because there are some problems in my papers, I graduated from Philippines.
I know you will do good this time. Just keep praying. It really helped me a lot when I was taking the test. Just keep believing and don't give up. :) Keep me posted about your exam, I will pray for you. Godbless. :)
