  1. Remember NCLEX RN is not the real world. The test focuses on all text book material. This is what to ALWAYS remember when answering the practice questions and the Master NCLEX RN examination......I did Kaplan three years ago, and I will not take it again. It didn't help me pass my test the first time. We all process differently. I believe Kaplan confused me moreso, than helped me pass the test. That's my :twocents:
  2. Izzy I'm located in VA Mom, I reviewed some content from Saunders and did very well on the practice tests. I also did a lot of questions from various CD ROMs. However, I do have test anxiety:o. This time around, I was much more relaxed. When I got to 75, then 100, then 150 etc, I got panicky. However, I tried my best and answered every question the best that I could. This was my 3rd attempt. Between the 2nd and 3rd, it took me a year to retake. I think I waited too long. This time around, I will focus on Critical thinking skills more. I also have the LaCharity book and did well on the questions. You will do well on your test. Do not take a long time, like I did to take the test initially or 2nd time around. Take as soon as you graduate.
  3. Thanks guys, but I failed...I guess Pearson trick does work, because I was taken to the CC page. When I contacted the BON, they stated, I failed. . Keep praying for me and also any advice on how to study for this exam? I've tried almost everything.
  4. Izzy, I did pretty good on La Charity's book, but failed the NCLEX again with 265. I have no idea how to study for this exam anymore. I will use a different approach next time.
  5. You will succeed:up:. Do not give up!!!!. I too took the NCLEX today for the 3rd time. Got the bad pop up and I'm devastated. I'm not sure how well this trick is, but from what I've read, it is accurate. I will keep studying and retake ASAP. I'm not a good test taker, but I'm an A student. The A doesn't prove much with NCLEX. I feel stupid, but I won't give up. Where are you located? Maybe we can study together.....
  6. Hey guys, I haven't posted much on here, but I do read a lot of threads. Thanks to all of you for the motivation. I took the NCLEX RN today and received all 265 questions. I'm a wreck. Received quite some SATA, who would you see first, prioritize etc. This is my 3rd attempt at this test. A+ student in school, but i'm not good with standardized testings. Wish me luck....
