Took NCLEX-RN july 22 in CA...the BRN office was closed 7/24. Are results delayed?

wantedtobernasap: I still haven't gotten anything in the mail. I also tried the pearsonvue trick and it went all the way to the cc page also well. There are some people who tried the trick went to the cc page and still passed. I hope we are in the same boat. I just want to get my results and see where I stand. If I pass, I want to start working; if I fail, I want re-register myself and take the test again. I cried a lot already, I have no more tears. I just want my results!!!!!!!

Well, I took mine on july 24th. and now it's Aug, 5. Still nothing!! Called Boards again yesterday, lady said they don't have the results there. She wasn't the nicest person in the world, so I just thanked her and hung up. So no luck with that!!

Will just wait as usual. Tried the Pearson vue trick yesterday, went all the way to credit card portion.. Not too happy about it, made me cry and stressed out...again!! So I will just let the mail do the talking for me..Can't afford anymore stress...

Will continue to wait, and thank GOD that I'm alive and able to spend precious moments with my baby girl...

What...you expected them to say "Yes! The flaw in our system works!" Get real. So far, the "trick" has worked for thousands of students. The preponderance of evidence is in favor of it, not against it.

Pearson Vue knows the minute your exam ends whether or not you've passed. Perhaps 0.1% of the exams need to be "reviewed" by the board, so while you are taking the end-of-the-exam survey, your score is already logged (either pass or fail) in the Pearson Vue computers, ready to be forwarded to the SBON.

If you passed, it would be the height of stupidity for PV to allow you to pay for ANOTHER exam, knowing full well that it would have to refund your money once your received confirmation from the Board.

From a business sense, this equals extra staff and bank/cc charges (you think the credit card companies wouldn't charge PV for reversing credit card charges, or banks for bank-to-bank transfers?) Of course they would. They do it to us in our everyday lives as private citizens!

By NOT allowing you to re-register, PV is simply covering itself, while allowing itself to keep "mum" about your actual standing (which it knows immediately, but is forced by IDIOTIC SBON rules to observe.)

Once again; the PV "trick" makes sense, and the evidence in favor of this has gone far past "theory".

I copy this for you all, I think this is a good explain for PVT works. If you have pop-up, keep waiting, If not, do not give up, you can make it in next try.

I think if our names don't appear in the website after a week, it could mean we failed. NOT UNLESS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH OUR FILES.

Not necessarily as the BRN is now closed 3 days a month and we have had members wait a couple of weeks for results and allegedly no issues with their file and they passed

i remembered my my friend took ca bon and passed after 5weeks of waiting.

Those who did not make it, how long did it take you to receive your result in the mail? I took mine last July 23 and until now my name is not on the website. I started reviewing again, I am losing hope... My friends who passed had their names up after 3-5 days and got their license after three days in the mail. I hope it's true that results come out after 2 weeks even if there were no issues with our files..... :banghead:

i took mine the day after and still nothing..just wait patiently and give thanks to the lord above...anything is possible..keep me posted and goodluck to us!

I really don't want to loose hope but I just talked to my sister's friend and she said that the first time that she failed, she got the result thru the mail after one month. Anyway, thank you for your encouragement but I am really starting to review again. :confused:

At this point, I think only miracles can make my name appear in that ........w e b s i t e ! :nurse:

TO:slk280 took 16 loooonnggg days for my results to arrive by mail. I did not pass. PVT is true. Did you try it? How did you do on the NCLEX?Don't worry, just keep trying and studying.
