TOOK NCLEX!!!! only 75Q

I am sure you did fine....what made you think that you didn't pass? I had 265, I am on edge, since I took it yesterday, still feels surreal. I prepared so much for this exam!
To prove myself that I didn't know another set of meds, that wasn't even in Saunders....I probably should have studied the whole PDR!
We just have to wait it out! Did the BON update today? I am not even checking, I am super sure I failed, didn't feel confident walking out of the room, even for the questions I knew!
Only 11 SATA, and the rest were meds, few math, bunch of teaching and priority. It was just too long of an exam. back to the books....
But you will be fine, you just finished school, everything is fresh for you!

I feel like I failed because I got easy questions, like side effects of meds and how to do assessments and I got some of the easy questions wrong: I CHECKED!!! I hate this...I prepared so hard, studied so much and for what nothing!!! AT first, I felt confident, but once I got in the car I cried and still when I remember I cry again!!! I only got like 5 priority and those were super hard...I got easy meds...I hate waiting 45 days to take it again...Im going to lose my job!!

i took the nclex july 1st and to tell u the truth...i had some really easy, basic questions...i thought i flunked!
my last questions was about a drug that came up THREE times during the nclex...it was asking about its side effects or something like that...
it shut off at 75
and just found out i passed this morning!

Oh really, I thought it was easy too... I got a bunch of infection control, some easy meds and assessments (like where can you find this certain pulse, which I missed!!!)What types of questions did you get?

I kind of feel that Kaplan was a waste of time being that there were only like 2 questions that were from that tree.....Im still waiting for my results and its day 2! they havent posted yet what the heck

I also felt Kaplan was a waste too. I did well with the online qbank. Oh, well! So much for that. I wont complain if I pass. :-) I'll be greatful for the miracle.

man this damn waiting is killing me!!!! ive already been to the bathroom 3 times! almost threw up twice! Honestly do they expect us to know the entire PDR and Medical Encyclopedia??? We might as well be doctors....or at least have their salary!@

I took the test July 1st for the Maryland Boards! I know i should calm down..just have so much pressure cuz i got a job in california so if i didnt pass then i dont have the job since it starts August 11th. plus this waiting game sucks! its already past 12pm and i took the test at 12 and they still havent posted......anyways.....just gotta keep the faith!

I took the test yesterday in California. Since we have the holiday weekend, it's gonna be torture waiting for the results. BTW, my friends that did pass found out on the 4th day after the test on the BON website (ex. took test Monday, found out Thurs am)

I feel the same way - I thought I was getting easy questions also. Kaplan drills into you that you need analysis level questions to pass and honestly, I had harder questions in Nursing School!! This worries me too.

I had 75 questions: 15 SATA, meds, Cushings, Addisions, meds, hypo/hyperthyroid, psych. We all have a lot riding on this test and I am hopeful that we all passed :) Best of luck to all!!!!

I know waiting this holiday is going to be torture...good luck...I think Kaplan does drill you with all these hard questions and it did nothing for me!!! I only got the same type of questions that you did except less SATA!!! I hate that...i think I failed but stupid California makes you wait forever, so hopefully by Monday well know...

Sounded like my test. I had a little of everything, and the rest was priority. Only 11 SATA's and so much infection control.

And, delegating for RN's working on another floor. I am in Cali, and I am not even toturing myself in searching the BON, until maybe next week. I just know for sure it's not up tehre yet. good luck...to you...time will pass.
