It was by far the worst test of my life! I did good all through school, and this test just kicked my butt. I don't understand, the first 7 or 8 questions were ok, they were fairly easy, and then BOOM it was like someone shut off the easy test and put me on the test for a masters degree I felt like I did not even understand the way they were wording the questions. I had NO dosage problems at all, which I am good at GRRR that would have helped~! And I literally had a ton of select of all that apply! I hate those! I would say at least 15 questions were select all that apply. At least I didnt have any fill in the blank... I did do the PVT and got the good popup, but its been over 24 hours and still no quick results. I did not leave with a good feeling, thats for sure....It stopped at 85 questions, but is that a pretty sure sign that you passed for sure? I mean everyone tells you that, but cant you do so terrible that it stops you because you didnt know anything??? Thats how I felt, like I knew nothing.
Hi everybody, I too stopped at 85 questions. I took my NCLEX PN California December 22nd, 2010 @ 2:00pm in Fresno, CA and the computer shut off @ 85 questions. I am excited to report that I PASSED my boards and even went up to Sacramento and got my temporary license. After the test, I waited a couple of hours until the status of my exam at Pearsonvue.com read DELIVERY SUCCESFUL. I tried the pearson vue trick and always got the good pop up. Thank god for the hundreds of people who posted about the trick or else I would of probably lost my mind waiting 3 weeks for my results!!!!

i didnt find the nclex all that horrible.....my instructors tests were far harder....they structured their tests in nclex format......
i do have to thank college of southern nevada and my instructors (debbie, barbara, and belinda) for my success in the nclex....they kicked out butts...
out of a class of 32......31 people passed the nclex.....
i personally am just waiting for my license here in nevada......im working under my ip permit.....

cheapest way to study:
take your lap top into the library.....grab all the nclex books (at csn the disks are in the back of the books)....and upload the disks.....
i got over 8000 questions for free....never had to spend money on study materials.....
Just took my test Aug. 8 2011 in CA. and I also stopped at 85 but I did the pearson vue TRICK and it took me to the process of payment what does that mean to you guys--I felt when I took the test that I did well now I am really mixed up--need some feedback pls....
OMG im dying here in VA i just found out we dont participate in the quick results program. just took my LPN boards today and walked out a mess. Does anyone know how long it takes to find out if i passed here in VA? also i tried the pearson trick and i got the *good* pop up that means i passed but im still reallly anxious. Where do i go to find out my results ?
my nclex questions consisted of like 3 math, psych, SATA, medications that i never heard of lol and delegation type questions and who takes top priority. and it stopped me at 85. *keeping my fingers crossed*

My friend also showed me the PVT and it asked for my CCard but since i don't have enough money on it to pay for the test it got a different pop up "Insufficient fund....." is that a sign of a GOOD POP UP? should I try it again when I get my money or should I stop worrying about it? OMG:uhoh3: I don't have patience.. I want to know right away w/o paying them the $8(lolz) so I can also prepare for the next retake if I didn't pass this one.
Oh yah does anyone know a good review class for NCLEX PN here in Cali?in LA Area? I found one but it's $500:smackingf:
This msg is for CRYBABHIE: I am so sorry but I rcvd the same pop up the first time I took the exam and I didn't pass. According to the PVT it will not ask you for your pymt info if you passed instead it will say "you have already signed up for the exam". Again so sorry but I did not want you to stress out not knowing.
I had a friend who tried that trick and it asked her to register for another exam and she ended up passing the first one!! The Saunders Nxclexx review book is amazing and around 50$ if you dont want to take a class. It covers literally everything and has a CD rom with hundreds of practice questions. Ive also heard that the Hurst review is one of the bests, but I have not personally done anything with it.
