Took NCLEX PN stopped @85

:bluecry1:Hello everyone, what a great site! I took my PN NCLEX today and it shut off at 85! I am totally freaking out. I know I got some right, but I feel like a lot of the stuff was greek to me! The next 48 hours are going to be torture! Is 85 questions a good sign or a bad? Please pray for me (and family) as I won't be pleasant the next 2 days! :typing

How Was The Test? Did You Get Your Results? I Take The Test Thursday And I Am So Scared Any Advise On What To Touch Up On?

I passed!! It was the longest 48 hours of my life. Thankfully, I live in one of the states where you can find out within 48 hours if you passed or not! It was litterally 48 hours from the start time of my exam until my results were posted! Now on to the RN NCLEX!!

My advice is to pray! I used an NCLEX review book, but now that it's over, I don't think it helped that much. The options on the test are harder to narrow down than they were in the study questions.
