I took my NCLEX-PN today. I had 85 questions and then it shut off. It was hard! Aggghhhhhhh!
I just want to know if I passed!!!
I used the Made Easy program that came with the book and I also used Lippincott's book.....I mainly just practiced by doing tests. I started work this week as a new LVN. It took me from April 27 to exactly May 27th to get my NCLEX results! Once I got my license I drove down to pay for my temp. license and it took about one week for the permanent license to come in the mail. Good luck
Congratulations to all who have passed the NCLEX-PN exam...I took mine on yesterday but, I did not pass. There's a telephone number we can call in VA. I didn't cry and I didn't get upset...(which suprised me). I am using Saunders but, I guess I am missing something..So, I will go back and start over..I don't have the money to order all of the other books... I will not give up!!!! I will not quit!!!! Congratulations to all NEW LPNS!!!!!!!!
I know that you can do it. If you can make it through the h3ll that is nursing school, you can definitely make it through NCLEX. If you don't have extra money to buy more books, perhaps you can check your local library? I know our library had several different ones, including the CD-ROMs. I used the Saunders and passed, but that doesn't mean anything. It's just the one my m-i-l happened to buy me. I am not sure if there is really *one* best book. People have different ways of studying and what works for them. Good luck to you in the future. I know you have it in you!

I am taking my nclex PN august 7th and I am freaking out. English is my 3rd language and I find a lot of diseases that I dont know anything,.... and dont get me started on the pharmacology questions. my school offered it online so I suck in it ;-((((( help me I feel like I am not going to pass this damn exam.
I PASSED!!!I'M A NURSE!!!
YAY!!!!
I am sooooo happy right now.[
I take my test tomorrow at 2pm in VA! I have finally calmed down this evening of an eventful day of feeling nauseated! Im just going to go in with a positive attitude and hope for the best! I have heard many people say how many drug questions they had. So I have been trying to memorize the endings of the meds. Hopefully that will help me. Congrats! Everyone wish me luck:):nuke:

I took mine for the first time on Friday. It shut off at 85 questions and took me about 65 minutes. I feel confident for the most part, but thinking back I know that I made a couple of stupid mistakes and there were several that were iffy. I can find out tomorrow if I want to pay the early result fee, and I probably will because I hate waiting!
