Took my Nclex today and I think I failed.
Has anyone took the Nclex and questions of similar topics kept popping up? I had numerous questions and thrombolytics and hip replacement over and over but different questions. Was I missing them all so they continued asking questions to see if I ever would get it correct? I have never heard of anyone to have similar questions and pass the test. This is so crazy and now I have to wait two days to more and likely to see the crazy word fail again. I had a positive attitude when I went in and then still positive when I took my break. Then when it reach 92 my heart start beating faster and faster and it cut off. DON"T KNOW WHAT TO DO???

I had a few pediatric questions and a few psych questions in a row. Try to relax.
What makes it so bad I had a question on universal precautions that is so easy. So that is what I'm scared of. If wasn't doing badly then why put such a easy question on it?

Also I had a question on universal precautions.THAT IS SO EASY! So if I wasn't doing badly why would I get such a easy question? That is another reason I think I screwed up.

I think alot of people come out thinking they failed(I know I had feeling like I wasn't sure at all if I passed or failed) I got 87 questions and a few of the topics were repeated. Good luck!! Oh yeah and despite that I did pass :)

I got a sequence order question over a sterile dressing change! I thought, I must be doing horrible! Then my last question was over the effects of supplemental garlic tabs for a pt. with coronary heart disease....I was convinced I failed, (until I checked my PASSing quick results.....:yelclap: I cried in disbelief.
My friend had repeated questions over Chemo-therapy & Blood transfusions, sadly she did not pass.
You just never know how you did on this test until you check your results.
Try to stay calm and if worst comes to worse, it's only a test and you can take it again.
Best of luck, I hope you passed and can put the anxiety behind you!

You never know with this test, how many questions did you have the first time around? b/c if you went from ex. 265 to 92 it may either be a good sign or bad sign but most likely you passed it when you find out keep us posted .
