Took Nclex-a little sad:-(

I am so sad....I took nclex and received the cc screen on PVT. I just knew I was prepared....I used Kaplan and PDA...I didn't want to use to many resources and thought this would work. I saw someone on here received the same pop up while doing the trick but they were blessed and end up passing after they received their official results. If I get that lucky it will be truly a blessing as well:-) Anyways I plan on jumping back on studying in a few days just decided to take a break!!! If u have any suggestions please pass it along. I have seen the PVT be wrong for the CC page. I have taken the PN nclex AND RN nclex and I used only 2 things. Saunders and the ATI Course both times. I did 100 questions a day. I used the book and CD from the Saunders and the ATI course was pretty tough but it really prepared me. A friend of mine did not pass the first time and she signed up for the ATI course and passed with ease the 2nd time around. Don't give up!

keep your spirits up, I pray and hope that you do i have been there twice and passed on my third try....if however, u do not make it..get on the study boat again...this time around try to figure out what was your weakness was...was it the content or strategy (which mainly is prioritization) if it is content then study content, if it is strategy then master it. In my first attempt i lacked content knowledge so i concentrated on content, however, i forgot to master strategy because i was soo consumed in trying to master the content. On second try i knew the content but lacked the strategy which is prioritization, this particular time i was hurt because i knew the content and i could recognize the right answers but could not prioritize which is what neclex is all about...so on third try, i reviewed content given that i had already mastered it and focused on strategy (prioritization)....and i was successful on the third try. You going to need both content and strategy. I used saunders and exam cram for content, la charity for prioritization, also read rationals....praying for you.

Keep your head up, when you used kaplan and la charity. Did you use a kaplan course? There are factors where people struggled on.

They knew the content but couldn't critical think on the questions, or they can critical think but lack of content
