I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to allnurses...I killed the monster with 75 questions. Exam was at 2pm, 20 SATA questions. Alot of Meds, 3 drag ^drop, 2 exhibit. I had SATA like 5 in a row. i stayed calm and prayed through out my exam. i took my time. 2 1/2 hrs. I will post how i studied later. I just checked BON i saw my name and license #

Yes indeed i KILLED the monster

thanks you!

oh gee, I´ve never seen those kind of questions before - Kaplan CD does´t have those

i think Nclex 4000 has similar questions if iam not mistaken...i will look thru them and let you know Leah, dont worry these are not difficult questions they are multiple choice questions...

I am just freaking out with anything new I hear - as a foreign nurse I am just so nervous and afraid I will never pass, because I think US nurses have to know more. Like medications and heart sounds for example. In my country - it depends on which unit you work at - we didn´t have to have a stethoscope for listening to heart sounds - just on the cardiology department...

Oh geeeeze....I don´t have much confidence in me sometimes - so I´m sorry for complaining :icon_roll

Thats okay, thats why we have support groups like this one, i have learnt so much from this site and made good friends from this site. heart sounds just google anything you are not sure about...everything is now online. if you have a question feel free to answer. iam from Zambia, i was taught the British way of everything and i too had to learn from the scratch....only advantage is i went to nursing here in the US. even from from another country trust me you can pass this monster.
