Well I took the HESI mock NCLEX LVN today and made a 1032, scored in th e95th percentile. I am just wondering is this really any indicator at all of how the nclex will be? I thought it was really hard! Is it helpful at all? does it actually tell you what your pecentage rate of passing will be, and if so where at ? thanks

I took a couple of NLN pre-NCLEX exams before graduating. They were tough; both contained 181 questions, drawing on all the areas that NCLEX covers. The good part is that they were diagnostic and gave a breakdown of strengths and weaknesses.
No surprise to me, I did the worst on MH and psychosocial. Both of which I have little interest in. I did great in med/surg and peds, and only scored average in OB. I know where I'll be emphasizing my NCLEX studying!
Did the HESI test give you the same information?
