Here I am considering nursing school at 25 after already completing one bachelors degree in Health Science (that I have yet to find a job with). I feel sometimes like I waited too long to decide but then I read other post and think otherwise. I just don't really know if my Health Science degree can benefit me alone.
I decided to go into Nursing at 35 but I actually didnt until 53. I graduated with a BSN last August 2014and passed Nclex in November.I previously worked as a Chemist for 27 years. I am going to continue my education too and work on my MSN and more!
What age did you decide to go into nursing? I was 29 when I started my pre-requisites.
When did you graduate? I will be 35 when I graduate with my ADN, probably 37 by the time I get my BSN. I did all of my pre-requisites part-time while working full-time, until I got accepted into clinicals.
AND... what field were you in prior to that?? Prior to this, I was a retail manager for a decade.
