To take or not to take?

I have an NCLEX PN scheduled on the 17th. I've been working with Virtual ATI and I just reach benchmark with most of their tests. I took the predictor, but I'm only at 91% chance of passing vs their 92% green light. When I take any of their tests it makes me feel uneasy that I haven't been studying enough, so I'm not sure if I should just study hard the last few days before the exam or just postpone it. If I do postpone I'm stuck studying nonstop until the end of January (assuming that date is still available) and to make matters worse I'm being dragged on a cruise. I know it's gonna be impossible to study on the week of vacation.

I really don't know where to go from here. I took the NCLEX once and bombed it and I really don't want to waste more money.

NCLEX is a exam that you never really feel ready for. Sometimes it is worth taking the bull by the horns however you have to decide how you feel in regards the exam

1 percentage point is minimal. What's the validity of 91 vs 92%? How many pass at 92 vs 91?

As the PP wrote, no ever feels totally ready. From the obstacles you wrote of if you waited, wouldn't it be better to just get it done & over with?.

Basically I'm still feeling concerned with my performance since when I take any of those ati tests I mostly only reach benchmark if I'm lucky and I feel like I'm still missing a ton of information. I am terrible at taking cumulative finals in general. I can take small tests and do fine. It took me 4 attempts to pass the exit exam. I even had to repeat that course during another term, when everyone in my class passed...

I can't study for long periods of time very well, so it's hard for me to maintain attention.

If I postpone now, I'm stuck waiting a month and trying to maintain whatever knowledge I do have. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. If I do last minute studying I'm not sure what I should super zero in on. I tried sitting through a bunch of tutorial lectures, but that really didn't help too much.
