Our prayers are with you.
Please stay safe.
I've been reading news updates but would like to hear how the nurses are doing. I have a coworker who's with the Red Cross helping out and it sounds pretty bad.

Yes. I live down here in Katrina country , but fires just freak me out a little. God be with all of you.

The fires are 100% contained now and the humidity has gone up. I volunteered at Qualcomm Stadium and there were more volunteers than patients! But that wasn't on the first day. I did the last two days there. Everyone was wonderful. Still plenty of volunteer opportunities for those who live in So CA. I took the Red Cross Volunteer Training but they had soooo many who wanted to volunteer that they haven't even called me yet! )
I'm starting a rotation in a rehab unit in San Diego and they are saying they might be getting victims from the recent fires.
