when i took my nclex, i got a 8 medications and I swore that I've second guess on all of them. its hard to know if you are fully prepared for the pharm part,I definitely didn't feel that way but just went ahead and try to study the basic. if you are getting priority questions that means you are getting high level questions. a lot of people say that getting SATAs questions are high level questions, i think it can be both. I got 12 SATAs. Good luck to you and don't get too caught up with scores, read rationales and understand them thats the most important part.

I graduated last April 2010 and took the local board here in Philippines last July 3-4. It was so damn difficult but I passed. Now, I'm currently reviewing for my NCLEX this November 2010. I'm in a review marathon now (local board exam then NCLEX). Some topics are still fresh. However, I still feel anxious on passing NCLEX.
I'm currently enrolled in Kaplan Philippines and hopefully the live lecture isn't boring as hell as the e-learning stuff. I have Saunder's 4th Comprehensive Review Book. I usu. get 50-60% scores on practice exams and it's kinda making my anxiety grow.
Any tips on passing NCLEX 2010? I'm worried that 13-19% of questions will come from Pharma. How do I know if I'm getting passing level questions?
