So I'm applying to three different universities for nursing school and they all require different entrance exams. The three entrance exams are the Hesi, Teas, and the Kaplan entrance exam. Is there any tips on what to expect on all three different test. I'm going to take them separately and not all together. Any studying tips will help out so much!.

I've taken the TEAS and HESI. They both covered the same topics. I studied for the TEAS and didn't study for the HESI. I did better on the HESI go figure. For the TEAS I bought the practice tests and ended up only using 1. I bought it to see what the format was like. I also bought the TEAS Review Manual and a Mcgraw-Hill study guide. They both covered similar content. I think any nursing school entrance study guide will help prepare you for them all.

I have taken the teas and hesi. The teas is significantly harder than the hesi. Having said that, spend the extra money and buy the study guide and practice test directly from the the evolve website. The study guide has everything you'll need to cover and the practice tests give you a feel for what the real test is like. Best $114 I ever spent. For what it's worth, I applied and was admitted to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and they require the teas.
The Hesi in my opinion is a very easy test. The only challenging aspect of it, at least in my opinion, is the A&P section. Make sure to brush up on A&P concepts. I can't say if that will be the same for you because I don't know your academic abilities or limitations. If you struggle with fractions, decimals, ratios and conversions, practice those types of problems.
Two key differences between the Hesi and the Teas are worth mentioning. One being that the teas does not allow the use of calculators so be mindful of that. The Hesi allows calculators. Secondly, the Hesi test does not provide the test taker with formulas while the teas test provides basic formulas. I would highly suggest memorizing conversion formulas.

^^ YES! I had to do some problems the hard way because I didn't memorize conversion formulas.
